How is it different from other
forms of workouts?
With the new era of different forms and schools of fitness, the question arises, what’s different about YBT (Yogic Balance Therapy Workout)?. This workout addresses the mind, body, and chakras. The dedicated time to 15 minutes of  Pranayam and 10 minutes of guided Meditation help in emotional and mental well-being. The instrument workout addresses muscular stretch and strength and is very effective for the functioning of the internal visceral organs(Endocrine system, Urogenital organs, Digestive organs, and blood vessels). Physically it helps even yoga practitioners and other active professionals enhance their practice. For example, a Martial art practitioner or a Dancer will feel more flexible and energetic to practice their artistic interest after regularly doing  YBT (Yogic Balance Therapy Workout). So, not only is this plan a completely holistic, independent workout by itself, but it also compliments other forms of fitness, like Cross-training, Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics, Dance, Gym, And all floor workouts.
