What does this plan consist of?

This is a weekly program focusing on each chakra in a day. The studio ambience is curated for a disturbance-free peaceful meditative experience. The music used for the guided meditation is specially created by Shri Dr. Kedar Upadhyay, a renowned music director and an ayurvedic doctor. The chakra music notes have been specially curated with his vast body science and music knowledge. The sapta swaras(musical notes) are related to the seven chakras of our body.

These seven chakras, or the most important energy centers in the body, become imbalanced due to several factors such as toxins and other impurities in our physical body and negative thoughts in our mental plane, leading to several diseases. These seven chakras can be balanced by constantly developing, practicing yoga, and meditation. Sahastrar Yogic Meditation (SYM) balances the chakras with authentic music and detailed meditation guidance. The whole meditational experience is for an hour, a day for seven days. Each chakra is balanced with meditational guidance with the appropriate music and breathing techniques.
